"Finding Beauty Among The Weeds"
My son brings me "flowers" on an almost daily basis. I constantly have a massive bouquet of
daisies and dandelions.
What's intriguing to me is that we often discard the flowers in the eyes of a three-year old for just plain obnoxious weeds. Life's issues are most often a total perspective issue. I find that deep, soul wrenching struggles, though amazingly hard, are God's way of drawing us closer. He invites us to find the beauty in the weeds of life. He's giving us a handful of daisies and dandelions, will we accept them as a gift or as just another weed?
Daisies and Dandelions: Finding Beauty Among the Weeds
I'm Aubrey. I'm a friend of Jesus. I struggle to live for Him on a daily basis, its tough. I love my husband and my children more than anything. I'm a stay-at-home mama to 3, I'm learning to worship Christ in everything, whether its scrubbing a toilet, making dinner or holding my husband's hand, I do what I do, for Jesus. I want to be made holy. I know a little and I need to learn a lot. Follow along as I spend my time finding the beauty in the weeds of this life.
